Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
We currently ship within the United States only. We are working on expanding to additional regions and will update this policy when international shipping becomes available.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package through the carrier's website.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Shop the Look Boutique is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@shopthelookboutique.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
